How to Book Your Faulty Unit In?
1.Walk-In Centres: – You can bring your faulty unit into our office directly. We are located at 79, Bode Thomas Street, Surulere – Lagos, Nigeria.
2.Log your device Pickup Online: – If you do not have the time to bring your faulty device to our office, You can log a pick up request at a fee to be communicated after which our personnel will come pick up the device for repairs and returned once your device is fixed.
Requirement when loging in your device:
When booking in your faulty device for support, ensure the AC adapter, cartridges and any other accessories are provided along with the unit.
